How long does delivery take?

What is the cost of shipping?

The price of shipping within Australia is included in each listing.

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact the seller of the individual item to ask if they ship internationally.

How can I check if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us (with tracking details if applicable). 

What do I do if my order has not arrived?

I have a question about one of the products I purchased, who do I contact?

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this stage, but we'll keep you updated on this.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal and credit card (currently accepting Mastercard, Visa and American Express)
